Version 2.8
These are some of the new features added to AgentOrganizer in version 2.8
New "Documents" function. AgentOrganizer now contains it's
own built-in word processor. This means that you can now easily create those
letters and mailers right from AgentOrganizer. We've also created the easiest
method to perform a mail merge found anywhere! After creating a template
you can select your contacts and automatically create letters automatically
filling in the names, address, or other information from your contacts.
These letters are even optionally saved within the AgentOrganizer database
for tracking and later use. And now you can print labels directly from here!

Contact
Groups We have created a new way to organize your contacts called Contact
Groups. A contact may be a member of one or more contact groups. This allows
you to create a contact group for anything you like.
State
Dropbox Improvement The drop boxes throughout AgentOrganizer have been
modified to allow free form text to be typed in. This allows users to enter
states/provinces that are not already included in the list of states, and
allows AgentOrganizer to be used in countries other than the United States
and Canada.Finances
The Expenses function has been revamped and is now called 'Finances'. This
function now includes the ability to add and track your income - which is
automtically calculated based on your commission. |

Improved
Microsoft Outlook sync The Outlook sync process is now more robust than
ever before. The new process is a true two-way sync (making updates in Outlook
now updates your data within AgentOrganizer). Flyers
- The Flyers function has been slightly modified and is now available
from the Main Menu.Attachments
- We've added the ability to select more than one file at a time when
doing attachments in Contacts, Listings, and BuyersAnd
