These are some of the new features added to AgentOrganizer in version 2.7

 
A New "XP" style Main Menu. The Main Menu has been improved and now has a more modern "XP" style appearance.
 
Flyers You can now create flyers for your listings using AgentOrganizer. There are currently 4 flyer templates to choose from so that you can create flyers with a simple push of the button. It's simply the quickest and easiest way to create a flyer. Flyers can then be printed or exported as Microsoft Word documents, Adobo Acrobat (pdf), or even HTML which can then be easily uploaded to a website!

Features. Now you can describe those special features about a property and print them on your flyers. If you're at a loss for words, you can use AgentOrganizer's new "Suggest Features" function to actually produce verbage based on your description which you've already provided about the listing!
 
MLS Areas You now have the ability to add your own MLS Areas. So if your state does not have pre-loaded MLS areas,you can now easily add your own. You can add/edit/delete MLS areas or simply import them from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or tab-delimited text file.
 
Listing Print Ability You can now easily print and export all details regarding a listing. You may select to print all available sections of a listing (Seller's Contact Info, Listing Description, Affiliate information, etc...) or simply print all sections! It can then be exported to Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or HTML !

Followup Tasks! From within many functions (Contacts, Listings, Buyers, Affiliates, etc...) you can now add a follow up task to your calendar for the selected contact! This will enable you to quickly add a followup for just about anyone for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, even 1 year away with ease!
 

New Reports. Four new reports have been created. These reports can be run from the Reports function or directly from the Main Menu!

* Closings Report - Shows your upcoming and past closings
* Listing Expiration Report - Shows you which Listings will soon expire
* Tasks By Status - Shows tasks from your tasklist in selected statuses
* Upcoming Appointments and Tasks - Shows both your appointments and tasks for a particular time period.

 
Customize Your Views! Choose your Columns! In the Contacts, Listings and Buyers list windows you can now choose which columns you want to display, the order of the columns, and the width. Using the new "Choose Details" window available from the menu within each of these functons you can control what data you want to display in the grids!
 
Custom Property Types - You can now add your own property types that will be used throughout AgentOrganizer.
 
Broker Information - You can now add information about your brokerage, including your logo which will be printed on flyers.
 
Business Card - You can now add an image of your business card which can then be printed on flyers.
 
New Help System - Extensive Help is now available via the help menu.
 
Bug Fixes. Includes miscellaneous bug fixes.
