are some of the new features added to AgentOrganizer in version
2.6

User
Defined Fields. 10 User defined fields are now available for
Contacts, Listings, and Buyers. This allows users to add fields
which AgentOrganizer may not already contain.

Pictures.
The ability to add pictures (.jpg or .gif) to a listing or buyer.

An
Improved-Look Schedule. The Schedule function has been improved.
Appointments and Tasks are now split into seperate areas of the
window (similar to Microsoft Outlook). This allows the appointments
and tasks to be printed independently. |

Toolbar/
Tab Changes. The Listing Detail and Buyer Detail screens have
changed to reduce the number of tabs on the window. Now a toolbar
exists at the top of the screen to replace some of the functionality
of the tabs. This improves performance on the window and allows
for future functionality. |

Password
Protection. Security may now be turned on, which will require
the user to enter a password before AgentOrganizer starts. |

Advanced
Searching. Searching for Contacts, Listings, and Buyers is easier
now with Advanced Searching. This allows the user to search on many
different fields. |

Contact
Name Dropboxes revised. Contact names are now displayed last
name first. This allows the user to type within the dropbox and
be taken to that name, allowing for faster searching. |

Expenses.
The default start and end dates have been changed to the first day
of the current month and the current date respectively. Coding improvements
have also been made to improve response time. |

Expenses
- Total Line. A total line has been added to the expenses grids.
This was done primarily to display the total when printing. |

Commission.
Your commission can now be tracked with each listing or buyer. You
may enter your commission amount or you may have AgentOrganizer
calculate your commission for you by using the Commission Calculator. |

History.
The History function within each listing or buyer is now editable.
This allows the user to add or edit any historical events related
to the listing/buyer. |

Printable
Closings and Listing Expirations. The user may now print the
Closing and Listings Expirations from the Main Menu/ Welcome Screen. |

Improved
Printing . All printing has been improved throughout AgentOrganizer
to display a print dialog box prior to printing to be able to select
a printer, landscape/portrait, etc.... |

Database
Maintenance functions. Backup and Recovery functions are available,
as well as a database "Compact" function to shrink the
size of the database. |

New
Fields. Several new fields have been added, including: Acreage
(for Listings/Buyers), Sales Price (for Buyers), and Tel. Ext (for
Contacts). |

New
Property Type. Multi-Family property type has been added. |

Bug
Fixes. Includes miscellaneous bug fixes. |
